How does one go about migrating Orders and other QB data?

Yes, you’re correct that the QuickBooks Desktop Connector App cannot migrate orders, order history as well as sales and refund receipts and received purchase orders.
A workaround for migrating non-transactional data such as sales receipts, purchase orders that have not been received, or active customer discounts, you’ll need to migrate this data manually. Additionally, you can also work with a QuickBooks Solution Provider.
