How do I change/delete the red Monarda Red Oil Company text?

You can follow the instruction below:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
  2. Asset->/theme.css->paste below code at the bottom of the file:
.site-header__logo .site-header__logo-link+.site-header__logo-link {
    display: none;
}

got rid of part of the text.. Is there a way to change the text?
