How do I move the language selection from footer to header on a Palo Alto theme?

Im trying to move the language selection from footer to header on our website but I don’t manage to do that.

Any tips? Theme is Palo Alto

I would like the selection to be next to the search sign.

So moving the selector to header is not possible without changing the code. So if possible seek help of a developer at a reasonable cost to make this for you.
