How do i move the main menu from the header in refresh theme?

Hello! I want to move the main menu from the header and just have social media icons and search bar there, how do i do this? This image illustrates where i want it moved and centered. https://imgur.com/a/F6eVWb8 Any advice?

To do this, you need to add some code on your theme. Do you know about coding with HTML/CSS, Liquid and Javascript?

I have also had a revision from my boss who wants it more parted up like on this site: https://imgur.com/N6qA3y7 where the menu is in a separate bar with a darker color scheme, and the header should only have a search field and the logo.

I now noticed that menu isn’t visible in mobile view, after moving the menu from the header. Anyone know what the issue might be?
