How do I navigate issues while setting up my new online store?

Hello,

I too, am new to Shopify and I’m setting up the store. While doing so, several issues came up where I can’t seem to find the answers after searching or after using Ai help.

  1. I’m unable to get my cell phone number verified. I tried twice and the code doesn’t arrive to my phone.

  2. I imported 20 of my listings from eBay and all seemed to go well, however, I can’t find where to accomplish this task without using the CSV format. I don’t recall using CSV when I opened the store.

  3. I want to use a drop-down menu from the catalog page, seems I need to use a links. Here’s what I’m wanting.

Header>catalog>

Vacuum Tubes

Type Series

01A to 3Z4

Antique Radios 1920 to 1939

Vintage Radios 1940 to 1960

Ballasts

This too, I have been unable to figure out. Can this be accomplished?

Is there no live front-line CSR help at Shopify?

I know this is a long request and I do appreciate any input and help.
