Hi, I’m new to Shopify and I have made a website for my drop shipping business. I wanted to add my website link to my TikTok account to gain more views and visits to my website, however I am struggling as I have to register for a business account and in order to do that I have to provide a business licence ID and certification documents to show proof of owning the business. I need help on how to do this. Because I did not get any business ID or certification number as I don’t think Shopify provides that, please correct me if I am wrong. I have already linked TikTok to my Shopify account. How to I get this, please help me if you can Thank you.
I can confirm that Shopify definitely doesn’t give out “business licenses”.
Registering for a business license is done via your local governing body (province/state/country – depending on where you live).

Irs.gov for your ein number and you alao need a duns and bradstreet number
U neeed to also get a virtual business address so you can apply for business funding through shopify never use your prrsonsl address for your business
