How do I obtain a license to sell anime merch online?

Hi everyone,

I am starting an anime website and I know that I need a license to legally sell merch and other anime related stuff. I have found a few Aliexpress reliable and licensed stores to re-sell from. Now, my question is, how do they give me the license or what’s the procedure? Do I just list the products on my website and that’s it? If someone could help, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I have found someone who does have a reseller license but I do not know how to get it. They also don’t know how to give it to me. I found a few sellers that have licenses, but I just need to know how to get it from them.
