How Do I Offer Hand Delivery For Customers Further Away Than 100 miles?

I am setting up my first website on Shopify and I’ve hit a snag with setting up hand delivery. We sell high value antique furniture and offer personal white glove delivery to customers within 800 miles of our location ( Eastern Pennsylvania). Our rates are based on zones, just like the “local delivery” option I see, but it caps the possible distance a customer can be at 100 miles. I’m not seeing any options to offer this and I’m not seeing any third party apps that look like they can set it up either. How do I offer that service to my customers?

Hey John. You can do this with our app Starshipit using automation rules. Basically, you’d want to set up a rule to assign a tag or delivery option based on post code. There’s some more information in our guide here. Best of luck!
