I just built my first store I think. Can anyone please show me how to place products?

To add a new product, please follow the below steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

From the Products page, click Add product.

Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.

Click Save.
And there you have it, first product added! Once you have added your products, you need to make them available to your sales channels. To do this, please follow the below steps:

Click on Products

Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section.

Set the product status as active.

Click Manage.
-
Select the channels and apps to make the product available to.

Click Done.

Click Save.
