How do I prevent mobile apps switching to dark mode on my website?

Hi, I have tried adding in the custom CSS ‘prefers-color-scheme: light’ in my theme settings but it still appears in dark mode when I search it on my mobile. I have dark mode set up on my mobile.

How do I ensure my website only appears in light mode no matter what?

Thanks, I read this thread and the solution but when I add the CSS ‘prefers-color-scheme: light’ as recommended it still does not work. Can you assist?
