I use dsers and & ali express however i am still not 100% sure.. Do i fulfill the order wwhen the dsers confirms the payment or do i have to wait for a tracking code? I am not sure what to do exactly on the shopify side…

This is a great question and one that gets commonly asked when using DSers for the first time, but I’ll be able to give you some great resources that go over the process!
Firstly, I will share this guide with you. It covers the steps over what to do within Shopify when you get your order from your customer. The process essentially would be Customer places order > This order appears in Shopify > Go to DSers > Make the payment, and place the order.
They have a great video of this, which I will share below with you.
To further assist you, they have a dedicated section on their website about the different stages of the order process itself.

Hi! When I go to fulfill the payment in AliExpress, there’s not an option to use my customer’s payment information even though the order is paid. Do I have to use my own payment method? How can I charge the customer’s card directly? Thanks!
Have you figured out a solution to this? i just got my first order and it wants me to using paypal but the customers payment inst cleared into my account yet? does it not automatically map it to take it put of the same paypal account used for the store

When it comes to paying for order’s with your dropshipping supplier, you will want to add your own payment method to your account with that supplier, as this payment method is what you’ll be using to pay for the product that your customer ordered, along with paying for the shipping and packaging of the product so it reaches your customer.
If your customer’s payment has yet to clear to the payment method on file so you can pay for the order, you can use some of your own capital you’ve set aside for your business to pay for this order while waiting for the payment to process. If the order came in through PayPal, this means that the processing of the payment is happening externally to Shopify, and you may need to reach out to PayPal’s support team regarding why it’s taking so long to process. It’s also important to note that when an order is processed via PayPal for the first time via your Shopify Checkout, PayPal will make a business account for you that those funds will be deposited to. You can see information regarding this account within your ‘Settings > Payments’ section of your Shopify Admin. If you see something in your admin similar to my screenshot below, once you complete your account set up, you can see the funds from the PayPal transaction delivered to you.
