HI…IF my customers gets a broken item from ALI EXPRESS and they refund me…How do i refund my customer as i would not have their credit card details…is there a reversal button so i can refund my customer…please let me know as i want to know this before i finish setting up my store

When refunding a customer, you’re able to do this through your Shopify Admin. Even though the refund has been processed into your card directly from AliExpress, when you trigger a refund within the Shopify Admin, this amount will be taken from your bank account that is linked to the admin (specifically, the account that you receive your payouts in).
I have provided the steps to initiate a refund below :

Within your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

Click the order that you want to refund.

Click Refund in the top right section of the order area.

Enter the quantities of the items in the order. You can do a full or partial refund also depending on the situation. You can also add a refund for any shipping charges should it apply.

Once you have filled out the appropriate prompts that apply to your situation, you can click on Refund and this is complete!

Hi again Nia..i’m hoping to be ready this week to go live but i keep running into problems…i spent 12 hours yesterday trying to get a video into my DAWN THEME HOME PAGE but would not work using the ALI EXPRESS VIDEO from one of their product pages…i had to end up making it into YOU TUBE then it worked but Now after the lovely 41 second video is finished, all this other unrelated crap videos come up…i do not want my customers seeing all that rubbish, just want them to see my video…i have spent hours looking up how to get rid of it but can only find bits of info here and there but still makes no sense to me…Another Big problem is that i downloaded the APP on REVIEWS…IT went into my list but as soon as i click on CUSTOMISE THEME IT DOES NOT APPEAR when i add a section or Block the APP link is not there…not sure if it is because DAWN THEME does not let it work…can you let me know how to solve this as well as getting rid of the crap at the end of my video…At this rate i will never be able to go live…Also i am a bit confused…if i am selling in AUSTRALIA…UK…UNITED STATES AND CHINA ONLY…Do i have to charge Tax…i do not want my customers having to pay money before they can receive the items…i have read everything but there is so much information i do not know what to do
