Hi- We are closing our boutique and we need help to shutting down our website and domain. How do we do this?

In order to deactivate your store, make sure that you have paid for outstanding charges and canceled your service with third-party apps to avoid being billed after closing your store.

Navigate to Settings > Plan.

Click Pause or deactivate store, then click Deactivate store.

Select a reason for the deactivation, then click Continue.

Enter your password, and hit Deactivate now.

Will you be reopening in the future? If you still need the domain, you can either remove it (if it was purchased from a third-party provider) or transfer it to a third-party provider (if it was purchased from Shopify).
