I am trying to figure out how to pull an easy to read report on how many boxes a member of my team ships per day. We are looking to implement some KPIs to ensure we are going at a quick enough pace to match the amount of orders we are receiving.

As far as I can tell and what Shopify Support has told me is that this is not possible within the tool. You can go into individual orders and find when a user has purchased a shipping label, but that information seems to be unavailable anywhere else.

I have tried a handful of apps and none of them seem to give me the info I need. My only option at this point is to create a flow that adds a tag to the order when a shipping label is purchased but we have many orders that are multiple boxes so my tracking would only count the order and not the boxes which is an issue.

Does anyone out there have any idea how to do this or has a solution that works for them? It’s crazy to me that I can’t find anything on this. Either I’m literally the only one looking to do this, or no other company our size that needs to track this is using Shopify for fulfilling.
