How do I reply to a post on the community discussion boards? or even READ it? I can only see the first line or two and the post has no link or way to view / reply.

I’m looking for help after setting up my “free trial” with Adrian Morrison. I saw some threads and Q but couldn’t see/view/ask Q.

I can’t seem to find a way to get past his AI “set up.” He loaded 20 random products. Now I have several steps to complete w/no help. I want to find out how others may have been able to troubleshoot getting through his (incompete) set up and get all the way to published ?

Can’t find live help or a phone # for a Shopify Customer Support person. The chat is awful-it can’t answer basic Q’s.
