Hi! I’ve noticed over the last couple of days when I’ve been looking at my analytics that customers are landing on a preview page for my website instead of the homepage. I have absolutely no idea how they’ve found it or how to turn it off. Can anyone help please?

Are you currently running any paid ads or external links? If so, it’s possible the preview page was linked and not the store domain. I recommend reviewing your paid ads and social media posts to verify what links you currently have available to the public.

I think I have solved the problem, I had another website template for some reason which I have now deleted which seems to have fixed the issue

The increase in traffic due to an effective backlink, successful marketing campaign, or viral social media post can significantly contribute to improvement in conversion rates.
However, a technical glitch or malicious activities of spambots can increase unnecessary traffic on the website and slow down the speed of the website; thus, may even hamper the experience of the users willing to purchase from your website.
You must use Google Analytics to check where this traffic is coming from. If there are any spam backlinks, you can disavow those links to make Google discount the value of those inbound links on the website.
