How do I reduce multirow body text size for desktop and mobile sites?

Trying to reduce the size of the text in multirow. it only allows me to change text style not size. i want to reduce it on my desktop site and massively reduce the size specifically for my mobile site. what code do i write to change this. This is not for the heading of each mulitrows but the body text if that makes sense.
