I’m trying to figure out how to streamline notifications and get notifications to go out at the ORDER level instead of the ITEM level.
Right now, if an order ships that has multiple items - which many of our orders do - our notifications go out for each item, meaning a customer gets 4+ notifications every time. Any idea how I streamline this?
