Aloha, how and where do I get a VAT to sell to the EU? Shopify says “enter your VAT number” but has no help as to where to register for one. Do I need one for each country? Mahalo for your help!

I gather you are from USA . To start selling to EU you need registering for IOSS VAT special scheme, configure your shop and start selling ! We can provide such service for you , including setting up the store. We charge small tranaction based fee. So if no sales - no fees.
