First, I tried to find a way to email Shopify but it just kept “looping” me around and around, so is there an email address for customer service?
Second, I am trying to create my shop and under “Taxes and Duties” it shows that I am collecting taxes from Gabon; I have no idea how this country was placed under my list and I cannot seem to remove it. I only want the United States. So if someone could please tell me how to remove Gabon I would greatly appreciate it. I called customer support about a week ago and they tried to help me but Gabon is till listed. Please see picture below:

Hi, Thank you for your reply but when I clicked the link it took me to Shopify which had a link to contact by email however the problem was that it forced me to choose a store which put me right back in the loop all over again. Thanks anyway.

Please go to ‘Shipping and delivery’ > GENERAL SHIPPING RATES > Manage.
You can try deleting it here and check again, it may take time to save.

Thanks for the reply but Gabon is not selected but just to try anything I selected it and then unselected it. No luck, Gabon is still showing under Taxes and Duties. Sigh!!

So you can try contacting Shopify again and have them check, they will guide you in detail how to delete it
