How do I remove a large logo blocking my admin menu?

Hi!

I have something strange that I have never seen before and I can not figure out how to get rid of it. I have a huge shopify shopping bag on top of my menu in my admin which basically means I can not click on orders or products …I can not move it I have logged out turned off computer and it is still there. Anyone know show to get rid of this? I could not attach a picture so I put it in a presentation. Hope someone has had this before and can tell me how to get rid of.
