Currently, I provide rentals locally. I do not do shipping of any kind. However, on my emails it mentions shipping. It does other places throughout the checking process too. This may confuse my customers. How do I fix this?

If you are only offering rentals locally, then you can change the language in your Shopify theme. Head over to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit default theme content, and search for “Shipping” and replace it with “Rental Info” or whatever else suits your needs. So that this is not confusing in the checkout and emails.
