How do I remove black line beneath header/above banner?

I have the ‘dawn’ theme. I saw a previous question that offered advice on how to remove the black line but I couldn’t find what they were describing in my theme code. I want to remove it completely or change the colour to match the off white background. It is between the header menu and the banner

Thank you for the information. I check your store but the line are not visible on my end.

I only notice in the password page. And the footer.

Oh that’s strange, for me it’s still there. You can’t see it as much with the banner but it’s still noticeable to me
