How do I remove checkout UI extensions once they've been added?

I’ve added 3 extensions (from a custom app). I’ve added each one as a block twice.

I can’t seem to remove the duplicates. I’d like to be able to remove them altogether, not just the duplicate ones, as and when I choose.

I tried creating a new checkout template but you have to duplicate the current one with the unwanted extensions attached..

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

When you click on the block (marked in your image with arrows) you will see the option to remove it:

This is exactly right - I am pretty sure this did not appear when I initially posted, hence my confusion, but maybe I’m just a big idiot who missed it.
