Hello, my products are showing two of the same variants (it’s showing two size dimensions - one highlighted in black and the other isn’t). How do I go about getting rid of one? Preferably the one highlighted in black, thanks.

From you Admin page, go to Products, select the product.

Go to the Variants, and make sure you entered the variant right
If this does not fix the issue, please share your website so we can take a look
Okay, thankfully we changed up the theme and didn’t need the variants to show but this helped! Thank you!
