If your store is inactive due to a missed payment for your subscription bill, that means your store is in a frozen state. When your store is frozen, it’s as good as a closed store. Charges will no longer be incurred and your store is inaccessible unless you decide to log in and settle the unpaid invoice, as well as pay for a new subscription plan. You can find more information about frozen stores on this page.
If you don’t plan to continue with your store, you can leave it as is. Is there any particular reason why you decided to close it?
