Spoke to my theme and they said it’s because shopify adds padding around the product features which cannot be removed within the theme. Is there a code I can use?
Topic summary
Main issue: The OP wants to remove a white padding (CSS whitespace) around the Product Features section; their theme support says Shopify adds this padding and it can’t be removed from theme settings. They are asking if a code-based solution exists.
Requests for info: Responders asked for the store URL and a screenshot to diagnose the exact element and context. One participant shared an image and asked if the OP meant the “product feature collection” and whether the goal is to make the section full-width.
Clarifications needed: Identify the precise section (Product Features vs. product feature collection), confirm desired layout (full-width vs. standard gutter), and provide the URL/screenshot for targeted CSS/HTML guidance. The shared image is central to understanding which area is affected.
Status: No fix or code provided yet. The discussion is pending the OP’s URL, screenshots, and confirmation of layout goals before specific CSS changes can be suggested. Open/ongoing with no resolution.
