How do I report a fradulent store?

Hi,

I have been trying to reach support but unable to contact them or write an email without an account so I created one. Now even with the account it doesn’t let me click on the URL chat bot mentions. Please get rid of that chatbot or make it better Shopify.

Anyway I tried ordering few clothes from a website, Monis Store. They did not ship my order, I tired contacting them via email but nothing. Now the website is down and I can’t even access the details. I still have the email communication and my order details.
