How do I report a store who made threats to me as a buyer?

I recently made a purchase from a Shopify store. I contacted the store regarding my purchase and was immediately threatened with violence. I was called explicit names and was threatened. The seller also repeatedly messaged me back to back with his threats & I do not feel safe. I need to speak with someone to report this store & I have screenshots of all of the messages as well for proof. I was also told I would not be refunded even tho I did not get what I purchased.

first of all :

Contact Shopify Support: Go to the Shopify Support page and select Contact Support. If you’re logged into a Shopify account, select Continue without logging in if you’re only a customer, and explain that you need to report abusive behavior from a seller.

Submit Evidence: Let Shopify know you have screenshots and any other evidence that shows the messages you received. Attach these to your support request if possible.

Request Investigation and Refund: Ask Shopify to investigate the seller and request assistance with a refund. You can also check if the payment processor (such as PayPal or your bank) can help initiate a refund if Shopify cannot intervene directly.

Report Through Other Channels: You may also consider reporting this to your payment provider (such as PayPal, credit card company, or bank), as they may have measures to prevent payments to flagged accounts.

I think you should report this to the police if you were threatened with violence. If you didn’t receive the item your ordered, you can contact your bank and request for the payment to be reversed.
