Someone used my email address to create a store. I can’t contact Shopify to report this because i have to have an account. Does anyone know how to contact Shopify so that I can get this taken care of? Their “support” is a complete waste of time. I want this shut down ASAP

you can still get help even if you don’t have an account with them. Here’s what you can do:

Contact Shopify Support Directly: You can reach out to Shopify Support through their social media channels, like Twitter (@ShopifySupport) or Facebook. They’re pretty responsive there, and you won’t need an account to get in touch.

Email Shopify: You can try emailing them directly at support@shopify.com explaining the situation. Make sure to mention that the store was created using your email without your permission and that you want it shut down.

Use the Help Center: Visit the Shopify Help Center and scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says “Contact Shopify Support.” You might be prompted to log in, but look for the option to “Continue without logging in” or select “I don’t have a store” if that option appears.
