We are OneCommerce - an eCommerce Solution platform.
To restore the HOME, CATALOGUE, and CONTACT pages on your Shopify store, you can follow these steps:

Go to your online store → “Navigation”

Check if the pages still there. If they are, ensure that they are not marked as “hidden”.

If the pages are not listed in the navigation menu, you will need to create them: Go to your online store → “Pages” → “Add pages” and create pages.

After you created pages, go back to “Online Store” → “Navigation” and add the pages to your navigation menu.

Save and test.

You can create collections for that
You can add tags like Clothes, Shoes etc.. to product and create automatic collection using these

You have to choose relevant section in theme settings like featured-products and featured-collection etc.. to make these appear also you can add those to navigation
