Okay, So I have activated the Wizio Bundle app on my shopify.
When I make a quantity bundle with discount in % and add the product to my shopping cart, I can’t see the discounted price on my shopping cart page. When I click on checkout, only then I can see the correct discounted price.
Also, the discounted price, is setted up as a discount code on my checkoutpage. I can’t fill in another discount code together with my bundle app.
It’s better to contact Wizio support. Most app developers don’t handle customer support on this community. Other app developers don’t know how Wizio works

Most of the themes have their own different structure. Wizio has covered many themes where they can show discounted price automatically, but still if any theme has customised structure or a new theme, they yes. Wizio team will do that for your store.
Also as I know, recently Wizio Bundle: Quantity Breaks app released a newer version of their app where they have implemented Shopify functions. And with that it will not required any more. Theme will capture and display discounted price automatically every where (mini cart, cart drawer, cart page) after adding bundle to cart.
