Greeting, I started the process of having my shop on Facebook and Instagram. Everything on the list is checked off except the Facebook Commerce Account. It’s not allowing me to replace the commerce account. I tried to drag and drop the error message screenshot but it’s not allowing me to. Please advise.

Setting up your Facebook Shop can definitely be tricky as they have quite strict requirements. To know for sure why you can’t replace the profile, can you please provide a screenshot of the error in question? This will help us better understand the situation. When uploading a screenshot please make sure to block out any account sensitive information.
Additionally, you need to make sure the Commerce Account you are trying to connect meets the following requirements, or it will not be claimable in Shopify:
- the Commerce Account’s order management app is Shopify. Unfortunately this is unable to be confirmed by Shopify as the Facebook Channel app checks this automatically.
- If you created a Commerce Account under Shopify’s old Facebook Shop Sales Channel it will not be able to be claimed.
- You are selecting the same Business Manager and Facebook Business Page during onboarding that the Commerce Account is connected with. There is a limit of one Facebook Commerce account per Shopify account.
