I need to know how to so the payment for the customers and i tried with 2checkout and many applications it’s required information which i dont have, appreciate you to show me the process step by step till i get it

It sounds like you are new to Shopify and are trying to set up payments on your store, so that customers can place orders? I’d be happy to explain this for you.
In order to be able to accept credit card payments from your customers, you would need to have an active payment gateway enabled on the store. Many merchants tend to use Shopify Payments if it is available to them, however not all regions support this right now.
You can use this link here to select your store region and it will show you the available payment gateways you can use. If Shopify Payments is not available then you will need to use a Third Party Payment Gateway.
The process for adding a third party gateway is generally always the same, and you can follow this guide here which breaks it down into manageable steps. As these gateways are third party and external to us, you will most likely need to create your own account with them. Each provider will have their own set of eligibility requirements, of which we have no control over.
You mentioned that 2checkout and other gateways were requesting information that you didn’t have. For questions relating to the specific installation process or information required to set up an account, you should contact the third party provider directly, as they will be the best equipped to answer your queries.
