I’ve been trying to get support from the Shopify Tax Team since June 8th with no actual response or resolution.
The company I work for is in Colorado. Our only warehouse is located in Wheat Ridge. What I need to do is set up 2.9% for all Colorado residents but for those residents living in the Wheat Ridge area, I need to charge an extra 5.1% on top of the 2.9%
Currently, I have CO state loaded in the tax system and it charges tax for ALL cities in Colorado.
Anyone else having this problem?
