Hi. I need some help… We have set up free shipping for orders with a value higher than 65 USD. Now we are trying to se add another “benefit” - if customer have order with value higher than 130 USD, he can choose 1 of 3 specific items that we are selling.
My problems:

I can see still ONLY free shipping benefit, even if the second discount has been set already. I contacted Shopify support and they told me, that I cannot combine 2 discounts (even that there is possibility to combine in settings).

Even if I turn off shipping discount and I turn on new one (buy X, get Y = spent at least 130USD and you can choose free item), I can still see that shipping discount as ON…
Can somebody help me here?
