Hi, I am Malaysian and new to Shopify. I actually have a problem with Shipping process. As a subscriber to the Basic Plan, I do not see any default carrier that connected with my store. I had went through many websites and YouTube videos to learn how the process will be. I really hope anyone here can clarify on how the process will look like.
My question:
- When the customer make a payment, how can we print the air way bill or labels?
- After we get to print the labels, how can we know which carrier that we need to send the parcels.
- How can we notify the customers.
- What is the default carrier we can use (in Malaysia).
- How we are connected to them (carriers) because I have tried many way to find even DHL carrier in my Shopify store but I did not find.
