I updated my ride theme from version 3.0 to 11.0, but the problem is that my updated theme doesn’t have any colors. When I try to set it up, a message that says No color schemes are defined and the Color schemes must be defined in settings data and settings schema files only. I don’t know how to do this. I hope you can help me.

You can setup Color Scheme in Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Colors
After that, you can select scheme for your section

I am trying to do that but there is no option for adding a color scheme .. according to notes only in data settings can define the color scheme.. I really do not know what exactly to do.
The updated version. I can’t share the updated version because I saved it as a draft. I’m still using the old version as a live store. I’m just duplication my store to try the new version 11 of Ride but unfortunately, I am struggling to update the color scheme 
but I really like the new version.

Yeah, I know exactly where can I set up the color but unfortunately, I have no option like in your screenshot,if you can see the screenshot below in my reply to the other person, you can get what I mean to say.
