I recently shipped an order using a UPS label purchased through Shopify. However, it seems that the customer’s address is actually a FedEx location, so I assume they won’t accept the delivery. The package has already been handed over to UPS.
Could you please guide me on how to stop the shipment? Additionally, I would like to know the steps to re-send the order to the customer before UPS returns the package to me.
