Generally speaking once a store is fully closed on our platform you should stop receiving monthly statements automatically. The fact that you are still receiving them could mean that the store is not deactivated like it is supposed to be.
I would strongly recommend reaching out to our authenticated support channels to investigate this further. Even if the store itself is closed you can still sign into your merchant account via our Help Center so that our support can review the store details and escalate this if necessary.
