I have deactivated my website because I don’t have the time or money to maintain it anymore. However, I am still getting the “Your monthly statement for Shopify Balance is ready for download” I have tried to find a way to stop the email, but I can’t find it. I did find from web searching that there is a tab in the admin page for this, but I can’t access it because the website is deactivated.
How can I stop the “Your monthly statement for Shopify Balance is ready for download” emails after my account has been deactivated?
