How do I switch from test mode to professional mode on my online store?

Yes my name is Kaylin Matthews and my shopify store is done. But my question is about going live and changing my randomthingy test mode, to actually changing it to something professional like Saint~Sinner clothing line. What I’m asking is…how do I change randomthingy test mode which is what I see when I login. To something professional. Also, I want to hand out flyers to people on the street but I don’t know what to put on the flyer to have people actually go to my store. Last question, Is there anyone at Shopify tech-support who can go over or browse over my store to make sure everything is correct and not missing anything. My

Hi @KaylinMatthews ,

Sorry can you explain more on what is randongthingy? I think it would be best if you can share your website.

Regarding the flyer, it would be best to include the domain you have for your store e.g. www.myshopify-store.com.

Hi, @KaylinMatthews .

Thanks for reaching out here in the community and sharing your question.

To gather a bit more context, could you clarify which area of your store you’re looking to change? Are you referring to the .myshopify.com URL when you log in? We’ve recently launched a new feature when merchants first sign up, you’re able to change your .myshopify.com URL only one time. This can be adjusted within your Shopify admin, Settings > Domain section.

In terms of what to include on your flyer, I do have some suggestions that can help navigate customers and bring traffic to your store.

Considerations for store flyer:

  • Displaying your store domain so customers know where to view and shop
  • Contact information and company name
  • Including all your business social media handles (ex. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google.)
  • A small blurb about the products or services you offer
  • Your business/brand logo

Lastly, I’d love to take a look at your store and offer feedback to help boost store traffic, help market your business and promote sales. Feel free to share your store URL in this thread if you’re interested.

If you require Shopify to take a closer look within your Shopify admin, I recommend reaching out to our Help Center to create a support request. This is due to the fact we are unable to authenticate or provide account-specific support via our community forums.

Looking forward to your reply!
