If you only need specific sections of the store to be displayed in English, you can manually edit those sections under Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit languages. Alternatively, if you needed to change the language for the entire store, that can be done on the same page under Actions > Change theme language:
I’m interested to learn more about your store and how these translations will help you and your customers. I noticed that the product in your screenshot includes Anglais in the title—is this a product for English-speaking customers? Keep in mind that any translation changes made in the admin will affect the cart/checkout for all products, not just this one. Let me know if this will work for you, and if not, I can absolutely look for alternative solutions and/or pass your feedback along to our developers.
Hello Sophia, i already try this alone but it didn’t work even when i did “translate all my website in english”. And i don’t find how to modify this french words to english, manually :

Glad to hear that you found it! It sounds like you may have either been editing from the Shopify app or perhaps from a smaller browser window.
For the benefit of any others looking for this solution, I’m sharing screenshots here of what that part of the process looks like on the mobile app, along with the mobile instructions:

From the Shopify app, tap Store.

In the Sales channels section, tap Online Store.

Tap Manage themes.

Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tap Actions > Edit languages.

Tap the tab that includes the text that you want to change.

Edit the text.

Tap Save.
