@Dreamland_Dave - you can go to collections and add text in the back end, this will be visible on your site.

How do I access the backend to add text to the collection page?
go to products->collections
It’s not the regular collections pages themselves, I see there is a section to add text.
It’s actually the page which lists all the collections.
