How do I track conversions on an inquiry button with Google Ads?

Hi,

Our website is a B2B website, we only want to receive inquiries from customers, so we hide the button of"Add to Cart" with plug-in and set the button of inquiry. Now we want to add the conversion tracking of Google ads to the button of inquiry, but I don’t know how to deal with it, could you please help to have a look?
