I’m new to Shopify and I am just testing out a few things. I created a store and started the 14 day free trial. But it ended while i was figuring everything out. Then I found out about the partner program. So I set that up. But I want to work on the first store that is now inactive, and transfer it to the partner account if that is possible.

their is no way to transfer your inactive Store. because when your Free trial will expire your Whole Store Will be inactive so that’s why you have need partner account.
Firstly you have to create your Partner account.
Then you have to create the Development Store if you want to test your Store More than 14 days.
