Can someone please explain how i get my payouts transferred to my account? When I google it, it says you can transfer funds every business day… how do I do this please… I’ve got a large amount of money I want to transfer to my bank account and it’s annoying it’s just sitting there in my shopify saying pending..
Hi there! I’m sorry it’s frustrating to see your payouts sitting as “pending” in Shopify
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments, then under “Payout schedule,” check if you’re set to manual or automatic payouts, automatic transfers happen every business day, but manual ones need you to initiate them. If it’s manual, click “Transfer funds” to send the pending amount to your linked bank account, which usually takes 2-5 business days to process. If it’s still not moving or showing as pending, double-check your bank details are correct, and reach out to Shopify Support with your payout ID, they can investigate any delays
