A temporary lock like this is usually triggered by Shopify’s fraud prevention system. The best way to unlock your account is to contact Shopify Support directly through the Help Center
But as you said, they no help at all so you can try reaching out via Twitter/X (@ShopifySupport) for faster escalation.
If this is related to Shopify Payments, you might need to verify your identity or business details before they unlock it
