Does anyone know how to create a separate reviews page without messing up the other pages? I have an About Us page and when I create a new reviews page, every text I enter on the reviews page syncs with the About Us page. How can I fix this problem? Which app should I use for my customer reviews? I need an app that supports reviews on a separate page and not on the product page. I am using the dawn theme.

You need to create an alternate template so the changes you will make on the review page will not reflect on the about/other pages. Here you can check how to create and assign alternate template.

About displaying the review on separate app I think you can use nay app just you have to ask from the app support how to config it or the one I suggest is loox product reviews.
