I just want to clarify that you are using the Stripe Payment Gateway and not Shopify Payments?
With Shopify Payments, the pay periods vary depending on which country you are located. For example, merchants located in the USA will generally receive their payouts 2 days after the transaction has been made, whereas in Singapore it would be 4 business days. You can view more information in our Help Centre Guide.
If you are using Stripe instead, then it is best to contact their support team directly as they would have a different process in place.
